Jackie Arnold – Executive and Leadership Coach
Director of Coaching Jackie Arnold, has spent the past twenty years working in education and training, living and teaching the principles of personal development and leadership. She employs a team of very experienced coaches who have all worked internationally.
Jackie helped to set up and served on the board of the UK International Coaching Federation (UKICF) for three years and has run coaching skills workshops and coach training courses throughout the UK. She has lectured on business management and personal development across Europe and in the Far East. Jackie runs coaching programmes in UK and France and coaches executives in Europe and the Far East.
From 2001 to 2004, Jackie was an Executive coach for AIRBUS in the UK, France, Spain and Germany.
Jackie coaches clients in groups and individually.

Jackie is a supervisor and senior coach consultant for Leadergen and a senior coach consultant and trainer for QED. She is a member of the International Coaching Federation, Centre for Creative Leadership, International Toastmasters (advanced leader certificate), and Voice Care network UK. She has owned and managed three businesses both in the UK and in Switzerland.
Helen Acklam - London & South East
Helen is a member of the ICF, a qualified personal and executive coach, a mentor coach and coach trainer.
She has worked with a variety of clients in the public and private sector on specific coaching programmes: corporate re-organisation; troubled projects, conflict within teams; dealing with new issues e.g. cross-cultural, virtual teams.
She has a special interest in the promotion and development of a coaching culture within organizations: corporations, businesses and education. This originates from her own training (B.Ed) and her current work as a coach trainer.
Helen’s particular priorities for a coaching session are that the client feels supported, free to explore and energized.
Richard Acklam - London & South Eastz
Richard Acklam is a member of the ICF, a qualified personal and executive coach and trained in NLP.
His previous work experience has been in the field of ELT (English Language Teaching) since 1982, as a teacher, teacher-trainer, Director of Studies, language school owner and author.
He has a special interest in improving listening skills and has run training workshops in this area for FTSE 100 companies, universities and British ambassadors.
Richard’s coaching style has been described as: “gentle, non-judgmental, yet straight-talking...”.
Linda Stevens - London & South East
Linda has 20 years of management and operational experience gained from within the medical communications and pharmaceutical industries. In her senior management roles as Editorial Director, and subsequently Operations Director, at PAREXEL MMS, she led and managed large teams of people providing a high quality service to major pharmaceutical companies cost-effectively and profitably.
Linda has extensive experience of coaching individuals of all ages, skills and experience to develop productive personal and working relationships, to reach their full potential and to achieve success. She is also skilled in supporting teams and motivating them to reflect on how they are working and to improve their performance.
Ruth Dover - London & South East
Ruth set up RNR Training & Coaching 10 years ago. She previously worked for 11 years as a qualified Social Worker followed by 3 years as a Training Manager for a London Borough. She has created and delivered a wide range of courses for staff in Local Authorities, the voluntary and private sector and has extensive experience in staff and management development. Ruth is IPD qualified, and also has qualifications in training and social work.
She has a wide portfolio of short courses and has delivered over 600 courses to more than 6,000 participants across the country. These include Management Development, Presentation Skills, Developing Assertiveness, Time Management, Managing Change, Recruitment and Selection, Training the Trainer and Personal Effectiveness. She also gives a range of consultancy services including Facilitating Team Days, Coaching and Mentoring, facilitating Action Learning Sets and Assessor at Assessment/Development Centres.
Melinda Beckett-Hughes - Manchester
Melinda Beckett-Hughes is probably one of the most experienced UK coaches having worked up to plc main board level for the past 10 years.
She started her consultancy career over 25 years ago and has much experience in organsational culture change, top team development as well as recruitment and assessment of directors. She combines organisational and business knowledge with a psycho-spritual coaching approach which enables individuals to start their coaching by accessing their deepest personal values and beliefs and setting goals which are congruent with those and tapping into their own internal wisdom to achieve them.
Melinda has a charismatic personality and focuses high energy, compassion and humour into the coaching process to enable her clients to give of their best in their business as well as personal life.
She lives in South Manchester with her two primary school age children. She is involved in several community based mainly Christian charities and has recently returned from an aid trip to Uganda where she had to give an impromptu motivational speach to over 200 prisoners on death row in the maximum security prison!
Alison Haill - Oxford
Alison Haill is an international presentation skills coach, working with leaders and professionals in business and education for over 20 years as a trainer and as a coach.
As a trainer she has worked with businesses in the UK and internationally, as well as designing and delivering training courses for teachers of primary, secondary and adult students.
She is an experienced coach, coaching leaders and professionals in business, education and medicine, both in the UK and abroad. She is also a speaker at conferences and training events on communication, teacher training and train-the-trainer topics.
Desmond O’Sullivan - Oxford
Des O’Sullivan is a member of the ICF and has been coaching since 2001. He has been an independant educational publishing consultant, writer and management trainer for over twenty years.
In recent years he has specialised in coaching people facing the many challenges and delights of going freelance and setting up their own businesses.
Des is particularly interested in helping people establish a personally satisfying work-life balance.
